These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arrow Bloom ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1Age Eligibility
The App is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age required by your country's law to consent to these Terms on your own (13 in most jurisdictions, higher in some), you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3Virtual Currency & Items
Coins, boosters (hints, undos, bombs), and other in-App items ("Virtual Items") have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts or devices. We may adjust, reset, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time without notice or compensation.
4Purchases & Refunds
Some Virtual Items, and the option to remove ads, may be bought with real money through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in your local currency by the store before you buy. Removing ads is a one-time purchase tied to your store account; coin and booster packs are consumed once delivered. Payments, billing and refunds are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store under their own refund policies — we do not process payments or hold your payment details ourselves.
5Advertising
The App is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded video ads that grant Virtual Items. Ads are served by Google AdMob; see our Privacy Policy for details on data used to serve them.
6User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
- Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
7Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, artwork, code, and puzzle levels, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
8Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of progress, Virtual Items, or purchases.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. This does not remove any consumer-protection rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
13Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
